This session will dive deeper into adaptation policies, case studies, and financing mechanisms. We have three speakers with three different types of new insights into the topic.
The Rli recently published an advice on Adaptation for the Dutch Government. Linde Jehee will present the Spatial Planning in a Changing Climate report. After the EEA already presented its Risk Assessment Report in Brussels this April, we will now hear from Kati Mattern on lessons and inspiration from Climate-ADAPT case studies.
Lastly, the FRDO-CFDD has been working on the topic of financing adaptation and Nathalie Boucquey sketch out the various elements of the EU regulatory framework that will facilitate the financing of corporate adaptation to climate change. We look forward to a lively open debate after the presentations.
